Satisfactory breakfast, fairly clean hotel, particularly good and exceptional location to other areas in the center of the city such as Tianfu Square. Soft bed, tasteful room with a good view over the garden.

All was perfect.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom and comfy bed. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout. The outdoor pool and gardens were beautiful. Convenient location for visiting the Panda base and nearby attractions. Gym and pool were great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good Wi-Fi in room and common areas. Lobby bar had delicious pastries.

The best hotel I have stayed at in China. The staff spoke excellent English and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Despite being located outside the city, the hotel offered a beautiful garden and a quiet escape from Chengdu's busy streets. Our room was nice and we were even upgraded when we had issues with a smoking room.

Spending Christmas in a hotel was worth it because the decorations were stunning and the staff was extremely welcoming. the hotel is located in a convenient area, near a subway station and shopping centers. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel had a great free shuttle bus that took us to the perfect location to see one of the city's main attractions. The breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic with a variety of options to choose from, including a few local dishes which really gave us a sense of the culture. Although the hotel had a great location for sightseeing, it was quite far from the city center and we found it difficult to find local restaurants nearby. The staff spoke very little English which made communication a bit challenging at times.

This hotel provided a luxurious and tranquil stay with exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a beauty treatment room. the live entertainment and barbeque grills created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. the restaurant offered a delicious dinner and in-room breakfast with a snack bar and packed lunches for convenience.

The exclusive amenities, including the spa, indoor swimming pool, and beauty treatments, were fantastic and fulfilled all our needs for relaxation. the restaurant had a great selection of meals and the bar/lounge area was perfect for drinks and unwinding after a day of sightseeing. the location advantages were also unbeatable, situated in a beautiful park with stunning views.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of outdoor swimming pool availability, as it was not yet open for the season during our stay. However, this did not detract from the overall experience and we still had a wonderful time at the venue enjoying all the other facilities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Aimee, Ivy, and Leona, were fantastic. They even gave us gifts and made special cocktails for my birthday. The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view. We also appreciated the small touches like the welcome platter and kids toiletries and slippers. The location was perfect for visiting the panda base and there was a free shuttle service to the city center. The staff was helpful and mostly English-speaking, and the breakfast and dinner buffet had delicious food. this hotel provided a reasonably priced weekend with everything we could ask for.
